Shipping is free on every US order.

Every piece is printed after you order it. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, shipping another 3 to 5. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of the order date. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays.

You get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. If you ordered more than one item, they can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Yes, until printing starts. Email hello@gooffduty.com right after ordering with your order number. Once printing has begun, we can't cancel, change or refund the order. Address changes work the same way.

No. Every piece is printed after you order it, so we don't take returns or exchanges, including for size or color. Check the size guide on the product page before you order. Between sizes? Email hello@gooffduty.com and we'll help you pick.

Email hello@gooffduty.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund the item, your choice. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll send a free replacement. If tracking says delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and the carrier first, then email us and we'll take it up with the carrier.

The men's tee (XS to XL) and men's hoodie (S to XL) are a regular fit. The women's crop top (S to L) is a cropped, boxy fit with oversized sleeves. The women's cropped hoodie (S to L) has dropped shoulders and a cropped body. Every product page has a size guide with measurements. Between sizes? Email hello@gooffduty.com.

Tri-blend is 50% polyester, 25% combed ring-spun cotton and 25% rayon. At 3.4 oz it's light, soft and drapes like a tee you've owned for years. It's pre-shrunk. Light colors are slightly sheer, so pick a darker color if that bothers you.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. No fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang dry. If you iron, iron inside out on cool and keep the iron off the logo. Don't dry clean. Same rules for the tee, both hoodies and the crop top.

Off Duty is what you wear when the work is done. Tri-blend tees, fleece hoodies and a bag for after the workout: coffee, errands, travel, dinner and home. Small chest logo, printed to order, shipped free within the US.

The katakana under the wordmark reads オフデューティー, which is "Off Duty" written phonetically in Japanese. It says the same thing as the English above it.
