You get an email with tracking information when your order ships. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Yes, until production starts. Email hello@gooffduty.com right after ordering with your order number. Once production begins, we cannot change orders or cancel them for a change of mind. Refunds for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items remain available under our refund policy.

Email hello@gooffduty.com immediately. We can update the address until production starts. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was unclaimed, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, email us. Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If tracking says delivered, check with neighbors and the carrier first. If it still does not turn up, email hello@gooffduty.com.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, size, or color. Check the size guide before ordering, where available. Between sizes? Email hello@gooffduty.com and we will help you choose.

Email hello@gooffduty.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund the item, your choice.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

The men's tee and hoodie have a regular fit. The women's crop top has a cropped, boxy fit with oversized sleeves. The women's cropped hoodie has dropped shoulders and a cropped body. Where available, use the size guide on the product page to check measurements.

Tri-blend is 50% polyester, 25% combed ring-spun cotton, and 25% rayon. It is light, soft, pre-shrunk, and drapes naturally. Light colors are slightly sheer.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron inside out on cool, away from the logo. Do not dry clean.
