Refund policy

Every piece is printed after you order it, so we don't take returns or exchanges, including for size or color. Check the size guide on each product page before you order. If you're between sizes, email hello@gooffduty.com and we'll help you pick.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@gooffduty.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the problem. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund the item, your choice.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we approve them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Canceling an order

Changed your mind? Email us right after ordering. We can cancel until production starts. Once printing has begun, we can't cancel or refund the order.
