Shipping policy

Made to order. Most orders arrive within 5 business days, but rare delays can take up to 10. Free US shipping on 4+ items.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. Orders with more than one item can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Changing your address

Email hello@gooffduty.com as soon as you can after ordering. We can update the address until production starts. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was unclaimed, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, email us. Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot find the package, check with your neighbors and the carrier first. If it still does not turn up, email us and we will take it up with the carrier.

Outside the US

We do not ship outside the United States yet.
