Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

Every piece is printed after you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping takes another 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of the order date. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. Orders with more than one item can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Changing your address

Email hello@gooffduty.com as soon as you can after ordering. We can update the address until production starts. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll email you to arrange reshipping.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll send a free replacement. If the package shows as delivered and you can't find it, check with your neighbors and the carrier first; if it doesn't turn up, email us and we'll take it up with the carrier.

Outside the US

We don't ship outside the United States yet.
